Pomegranate & Cheese Dip


4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup of dried cranberries
1/3 cup of pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
1 tablespoon of thyme
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Combine & allow to stand, covered, in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow flavours to develop.
2. This can be served cold or warm; simply microwave on high for about a minute before serving.
