Spicy Black Bean Dip


1 can black beans, drained
1/4 cup white onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled
3/4 tsp chili powder
Pinch of salt
Handful of cheddar cheese, shredded


1. Place onion and garlic clove in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
2. Add black beans and chili powder and pulse until mixed.
3. Salt to taste.
4. Garnish with cheese.
